  Quality By Design

  Every product which Connectwell Engineering Team develops goes through a gate controlled process which takes into
  account all the facets of product design namely form, fit, function, material. The design process also ensures that each
  product designed and developed undergoes a thorough check on its manufacturability right at the design stage.
  The design team aspires to deliver every design on a First Time Right basis. For achieving this we actively use tools
  such as FEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, Proto Type Evaluation, Control Plan and Key Parameter List.

  Manufacturing Quality Assurance

  At Connectwell we focus not just on the quality of the components produced in every manufacturing process but also
  on improving the reliability of the process itself. For the same Connectwell’s team of quality engineers are extensively
  and continuously trained on tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, SPC etc. This ensures that every manufacturing process
  remains in a cycle of continuous improvement and the output of each process progressively improves on an every
  day basis.

  Supplier Quality Assurance

  We at Connectwell, strongly believe that success can only be achieved with collaboration. As a part of this pursuit of
  collaborative success we enable our partners with Tools and Systems that promote quality consciousness across their
  own organizations. Our SQA (Supplier quality assurance) team focuses on working along with suppliers in implementing
  and enhancing their Quality system and overall operations. Which includes frequent Supplier process Audits,
  Gap analysis, developing manufacturing capabilities, Process Automations and finally implementation of Quality tools.
